I will never purchase anything from One Kings Lane again. I purchased some stuff in November, and they said my packages would be delivered in 4 days. I have called, emailed, and messaged them on FB for an update on my packages. They said they would not know when it would be delivered. So, I canceled my order and requested a refund. It has 4 months and still no sign of my packages or a refund. Now they are acting like it was delivered and it hasn't. They have stopped answering emails, phone calls, and Facebook messages. Do not recommend them at all.

One Kings Lane - FRAUD COMPANY
I placed an order on November, 24th 2023 for two mirrors. My total was $695. I placed the order and received an email stating it would be delivered between November 27th - December 4th. I contacted the company on December 5th stating my packages had not arrived and I did not receive a tracking/shipping number. The representative said, It'll get there when it gets there. I waited 1 more week. Still no package. I emailed again. I said would like a shipping number for my packages. No response. I waited 1 more week and emailed again to Cancel my order. The rep said, OK your order is canceled. I waited a week no refund has been posted. I emailed they said, Your packages have been delivered. I canceled this order. I look outside there are no packages from One Kings Lane. I live on a dead end with 4 Neighbors. I text each one and ask if a package has been delivered to them with my name on it. They all respond no packages at their places. It is now January 24th no refund and no packages. I have filed a BBB complaint, messaged them on social media, emailed them, called them, and commented on their social media posts with no response. I would like my money back immediately.

What happened to my order #762040 of 22 November.

On 22 November I ordered a 3 drawer dresser, received a confirmation letter saying the delivery date would be 28 Nov - 2 December 2023. I was charged for the dresser $1562.22.

Today is 2 January 2024.

I tried to reach customer service several times but couldnt get any answers. I want to know what is happening to my order, if not I want my money back.

I purchased a print of a painting. Paid $335 US and it is reproduced so poorly and looks so cheap the day I received I contacted One Kings Lane to return the framed print. They do not accept returns nor do they refund for purchases of inferior quality. This is apparently a fly-by-night internet site so DO NOT purchase anything from One Kings Lane, it is not a legitimate online retailer!

They told me rug was delivered 1 week ago. Simple tracking information shows went to California and Texas before being returned to sender. I live on VIRGINIA. Took 4 phone calls and online + their own VM says open 8a -- wrong, opens 9a and still the rep did not know status.

Ordered a sofa, they offered it to me on my facebook page and thru google advertising at several hundred less, they refused to honor, waited 6-8 mos for delivery, wrong color, they won't confirm they're correcting the mistake. Delivery men destroyed it dragging across concrete, tearing fabric and tried to shake me down for excess money. One Kings Lane said they're not responsible for shippers. Guys left before I could open the packaging, refused to wait. OKL refused me a manager or escalation when I called and emailed, erased my account history and wouldn't respond via email or telephone. Stuck with destroyed and wrong color sofa without resolution and sold my existing one to make room for this one. Oh and the clincher, they refused to reimburse my sofa warranty even though it's the wrong sofa.

I placed a order with one of your sales personnel via phone. Item was set of two navy/grey deck chairs. I received the shipment 8 days ago and the fabric color was white. I called one kings lane customer service right away and was told I would have to pay for the return, which was your error. I talked with your customer service and was told the navy/grey deck chairs still available. Please process the pick/up and replacement with the correct color that was ordered. User's recommendation: If you ordered the right item color but was sent the wrong color it is definitely a issue that should be taken care of by the company. I ordered deck chairs blue/grey and was sent white. Your company should take care of that error. The box was picked up by Fed Ex this morning . I would appreciate the blue/grey replacement ASAP. I only opened the box on the bottom and saw that they were white and taped the box shut. Did not take them out of box. This was my first order with your company and I did not enjoy the experience.

I sent two emails with no response. They do not have a phone number on their website so I found it here. When I called in they told me the order had in fact been cancelled. I asked why the cancellation didn’t appear on my acct page and why I didn’t get an email confirmation of the cancellation. He said I don’t know. I would not buy anything from them that u can find from another resource. Their customer svc is awful and they don’t seem to care. Thankfully I found their phone number on your site!

I ordered a Nest jasper necklace. For some reason the necklace measures 14 inches. There are no pictures showing it on a person or saying it is a choker. It is so small it is too tight even for a choker! It could fit a child! I do not have an unusually large neck. I looked online to see how to do a return and the website says they charge re-stocking fees!!! 35%! Who does that??!! I emailed customer service on their site, it said I would receive a response within 48 hours -that was seven days ago and still haven't heard from them, called today had trouble getting through kept getting hung up on, then "Mario" said he would see what he could do and call me back, he never did. Then I got an email saying if I wanted store credit I could get my money back but if the original form of payment was credited I would lose 35% restocking fee and pay return shipping. Did I mention they charged me $16.95 to ship the necklace??? They do not include return labels in the order so you have to request a shipping label -another delay of days. I included a note (there was no return form I had to!)saying I definitely wanted a gift card/store credit so I would get all my money back. They refused to honor that and refunded my credit card deducting the restocking fee, against my expressed wishes. For a $163.29 necklace I only was refunded $123.84. I asked them to honor my request, they said no. They have been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I will never order from them again!! BEWARE!!!!!!
